This year, we are celebrating International Poetry Day in a special way, together with colleagues from Liverpool Central Library. Our colleagues were happy to lend a helping hand during a full-scale invasion. They provided comfort and coziness to Ukrainians who had to flee from enemy bombs. They made a shelf of Ukrainian literature. And today, together with them, we offer you videos of Ukrainian and British poetry. Poetry, as stated in the UNESCO resolution, can be the answer to the most acute and deepest spiritual questions of modern man, but for this it is necessary to attract the widest possible public attention to it. Poetry is a universal way to speak and be heard. So, let's start!
